Captain Rob operated a very special flight. At first it was his retirementflight !!! At second it was 100 years ago KLM operated their very first flight. It was a flight to Londen Heathrow. First Officer Froukje Dinkla did have a wish………….operating another ‘Last 747 Flight’ with Toronto as final destination……………and that happened……… Thursday 26th of March she left for Toronto and came back with flight KL692 , callsign KL86, at 28th of March. A very special ‘747 ladies flight’to Shanghai. In order of our Dutch Government KLM was asked to fly to Shanghai for important medical cargo. Right now there is a special cargo bridge between Amsterdam and China. There are 5 weekly flights. AMS-ICN-PEK  (2x) and AMS-ICN-PVG (3x) The first PVG-Shanghai flight was operated at 23rd of March.
