Last Flight of Captain Marc Brouwer @ KLM
After an enormous career of about 39 years Captain Marc Brouwer made his last flight due to retirement at KLM.
A retirementflight heading for Johannesburg and back homesbase Amsterdam Airport.
On this flight Captain Marc got assisted by another captain Eric Palm (operating as second officer) as his ‘Wingman’,
and first officer Milou Bruning as his ‘Wingwoman’.
Flight KL591 , stand E8 , got a push & pull by my coleague Arjen Hoogland joined by shiftleader Martin van Klooster.
Taxying for a departure on runway 36L and operated with a B777-300ER reg PHBVS.
Returnflight KL592 got a nice approach and landing on runway 27.
After vacating the runway on N4 ,left on taxiway Alpha via A18.
Turning off the engines for the very last time on final stand F6.
