Last flight of Captain Cor Verweij @ KLM

Captain Cor Verweij made his last flight due to his retirement at KLM.  Ot the 7th of June he departed to YYZ- Toronto with Vojta Wagner as his ‘Wingman’. Flight KL691 , callsign KL31, starting the takeoffroll at holdingpoint Sierra6 on request.  Beautiful wingvortexes and cloudbusts during their climbout and caused by a low forecast. Backflight KL692 , callsign KL86, was at the 9th of June and they got an RWY06 arrival. Both flights got operated with a Boeing 787-10. 100 Years KLM flight & Last flight of Cpt B737 Rob Grotendorst

Captain Rob operated a very special flight. At first it was his retirementflight !!! At second it was 100 years ago KLM operated their very first flight. It was a flight to Londen Heathrow. And now it all came together at one flight ,  a ‘100 years retirementflight’ of Captain B737 Rob Grotendorst. Flight KL1007 , AMS-LHR,  with a RWY 24 departure. Last Flight on KLM B747 // KL735 // PH-BFN @ Captain Vikash Badal

Captain Vikash Badal made his last flight on the B747. A retourflight to CUR-Curacao KLM decided taking out of service all B747’s  due to the current circumstances caused by the coronadisaster. Flight KL735 with callsign KLM129-Heavy  departing on the 19th of March and operated with the B747-Fullpax reg PH-BFN. Because of the low forecast there was a nice setting for filming his last 747 departure on RWY 36L. 18/3/2020 – KL602 – PH-BFV – RWY 18R Captain Jeff Robertson made his last 747 flight from LAX to AMS. Suddenly all 747’s should be taken out of service within a eyewink. Date tuesday 17th of March The airliner took decision to speed up with phasing out the 747’s at the end of March instead of May 2021. The PH-BFB ,a Boeing 747-400 of KLM , made her very last commercial flight due to phasing out. This 747 was the oldest one in world in active service at the moment.
