Last Flight of Captain Bob Reith @ KLM

Captain Bob Reith made his last flight due to retirement at KLM. Capetown was his last destination and back homebase Amsterdam. Bob was joined on this special flight by his girlfriend and also KLM pilot Aninka Ardon. On his last flight he got assisted by first officer Koen Volkers and second officer Wouter Hietbrink as his “Wingmen”. Flight KL597 , callsign KLM105-Heavy, stand G9. The pushback got operated by my colleague of KLM Aircraft Towing Department Jos Vrijburg. It was a short moment of taxying to N5 for a RWY09 departure. Last Flight of FO Frank Rose @ KLM

First Officer Frank Rose made his last flight due to retirement at KLM A flight to Panama City and back Amsterdam. On this flight Frank got assisted by Captain Bas-Jan de Vries as his ‘Wingman”. Despite to my marriage and honeymoon trip I was’nt able to capture his last departure on AMS as well. Frank’s last landing on RWY 18R operated with a B777-300ER reg PHBVW. Last Pushback & Flight of Captain Hein Kuipers @ KLM

Captain Hein Kuipers made his last flight due to retirement at KLM. Together with First Officer Geert-Jaap Sisterman and Seconde Officer Joël Prak as his ‘Wingmen’ heading for final destination Paramaribo and back Amsterdam. As surprise ( orchestrated by retired KLM Captain Henk de Vries)  I operated the pushback of KL713 as a push&pull abeam Alpha 16 from stand F4. KL713 got operated with a B777-300ER reg PHBVW. Last Flight of FO Brian O’Daly @ KLM

First Officer Brian O’Daly made his last flight due to retirement at KLM. On his last flight he got assisted by Captain Jos Jaspers and Second Officer Patrick van de Straat His final destination was JNB-Johannesburg and back Amsterdam. Unfortunately I was’nt able to film his departure last friday with flight KL591. This morning Brian got a runway 06 arrival and final stand Echo-18. Flight KL592 got operated with a B777-300ER reg PH-BVW, the newest Triple300 in our fleet. Brian got also joined by his wife Sabine den Hollander.(former 747 pilot)     Videostills……..
