Captain Anthon van Dijk made his last 747 flight to Mexico City,together with his ‘Wingman’ captain Arno Keijzer and second officer Mart Vermeij. In view of the 90% decline in flights and anticipated future capacity, KLM previously decided in early March that it would phase out its remaining Boeing 747s in April 2020, instead of in the summer of 2021. Some colleages call him ‘The Tom Cruise of the KLM B747’ Togethether with his good friend and First Officer Peter Westerneng and Second Officer Ilana Iskander. Last Flight of Captain B747 Bert Busscher @ KLM

Captain Bert made his last flight,together with his wife Else, due to retirement at KLM. After 36 years of duty and almost 19,000 flight hours he landed for the very last time on runway 06. Flight KL888 with the famous callsign ‘KLM ‘Triple Eight’ was operated by the B747-Combi with registration PH-BFS. Very Last Flight on B747 by Captain Floris Garstman

Captain Floris made his very last flight on a B747 of KLM. After many years he has to change to the Triple/Dreamliner due to phasing out the B747’s. Floris went to New York with flight KL643 , operated with the PH-BFS. Runway 24 for departure and filmed airside. Flight KL646 , with the PH-BFI, and landed on runway 18R. Final Flight with KLM @ Captain B747 E.K.

Captain E.K. made his final flight with KLM,due to his retirement. Accompanied by his wife and children. Flight KL643,heading to JFK and back to Amsterdam with flight KL644, supported by first officer Stefan Kok Both on runway 36L/18R. The Polderbaan. Departure was operated with the PH-BFS and his final arrival, with a marvellous shot, operated with the PH-BFW. Once he was back on the BMC ,KLM crew center, he got another watersalute of the Schiphol Fire Department.
