Captain Filip Cocquyt made his last flight due to retirement at KLM. A career of 31 years and 5 months !!! A last flight heading for his beloved destination Los Angeles.  Filip operated more than 100 flights to LAX and most of them with the B747-Combi. The B747-Combi was Filip’s beloved and most favorite aircraft to fly. Filip got assisted by his friend and also captain Victor de Vos as his ‘Wingman’. Last Flight of Captain Gino Corcione @ KLM

Captain Gino Corcione made his last flight , due to retirement at KLM. A retourflight to Capetown and back to homebase Amsterdam. Because I returned last saturday from my honeymoon to New Zealand only the final landing could be captured. Flight KL598, callsign KLM104-Heavy. Gino got assisted by first officer Jeroen Kuipers and captain Robert Loos (operating as 2nd officer) as his ‘Wingmen’. Special detail, Gino’s wife Purser Nicolette Kuipers and CA Janneke Kuipers joined this flight as well.
