Captain Fernando made his last flight due to retirement at KLM. Joined by his beloved wife Helouise and their children Capetown was the destination. Flight KL597, callsign KLM119-Heavy, got a push & pull at stand Echo 19, tail long pushback with tail to the tower and a pullout into Alpha 16. So they made room for the inbound KL592 coming from ‘Joburg’. On this flight Captain Fernando got assisted by first officer Korosh Rasaian and second officer Nader Imani Kohani as his ‘Wingmen’.
